More than 50 works come together in this exciting show which combines Ursula's vibrant canvases and Susan's idiosyncratic imagery in the inaugural exhibition at The Barn. Ursula uses a palette of dissonant colours whilst Susan creates images reflecting patterns in nature. This enables a wide range of textures and depth in the paintings that challenge the interaction of colour, shape and form.

"[Josef] Albers begins: If one says 'red' (the name of a colour) and there are 50 people listening, it can be expected that there will be 50 reds in their minds.
And one can be sure that all these reds will be very different" (Donald Judd 1963).
